Brandy Montague, Graphic Design Consultant
Brandy Heyde Montague is always getting involved in new ventures to help animals around the world. She’s currently the owner of Trendy Little Sweethearts, an eco-friendly apparel line that focuses on teaching children compassion for animals as they grow. She tackles life on a daily basis with her husband, Shawn, and four children, two of the human kind (Miya + Bauer), and two of the furry rescue kind (Cuzco + Maku).
Damon Douglas, Informatics Consultant
When Damon is not working as a pharmacist to support his cat's lifestyle, he works to build his craft as a full stack web developer. He has a track record in solving near-impossible electronic medical record problems involving disconnected systems. His dream is that one day healthcare will finally embrace the modern Web.
Harley Rowand, Marketing Intern
Harley has always been an avid supporter for animal welfare. She is currently an Academic Advisor in the Office of Professional Development at the College of Business for the University of Central Florida, a cashier in Hogsmeade of Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resort, and an Insurance Agent with Aflac. Being an Integrated Business major with minors in NonProfit Management, Digital Media, and Studio Art, Harley has an understanding of marketing and advertisement strategies helpful for the organization. She currently shares a home with her love-a-bull pit bull terrier mix, Daisy, whom she adopted in August of 2016.
Eric Boughman, Holiday Fundraising Consultant
Eric Boughman is the co-founder of Forster Boughman Lefkowitz & Lowe, a Central Florida based law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs. In his practice, Eric counsels clients on a wide range of legal issues including business disputes, corporate structuring and governance matters, internet and technology issues, and asset protection and recovery. He is a frequent author and presenter in the areas of asset protection, law, and technology. He is the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Lake Mary for 2017-2018. He and his awesome wife, Heather, are parents to Peyton, her little brother, Ethan, and their dog, Chloe (by adoption). He and his family have been enthusiastic supporters of Franklin’s Friends since its creation. His fondest childhood memories include sneaking rum balls at family Christmas gatherings in Philadelphia and that has been an inspiration for creating rum balls to raise money for Franklin’s Friends.
Heather Boughman, Holiday Fundraising Consultant
Heather Boughman is a wife, mother, healthy lifestyle advocate, animal lover, and entrepreneur. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in “Network Information Systems” from the University of Minnesota which provided a great educational experience, but which she’s never used. She has held several personal training certifications (including ISSA and NASM), owns a healthy vending company (www.nutritiousvendingoptions.com) and is a skin care consultant for Rodan + Fields. All aspects of “healthy living” go out the window each year during the holiday season, however, when she and her husband, Eric, begin making Rum Balls to raise money for Franklin’s Friends.
Sasha Jacquith, Social Media Consultant
Sasha Lederman is an Events Manager with the Orange County Bar Association in Orlando, Florida. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida and has been in the events industry since 2012. In her spare time she loves travelling, cooking, and running road races. She and her husband Ryan are the proud parents of 9-year-old boxer Ivy.
Dr. Tabbie Franklin, Veterinary Counsultant
Dr. Franklin is an associate veterinarian at Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital in Longwood where she has worked since 2005. She is originally from Oklahoma and obtained her DVM from Oklahoma State University in 2004. She then came to Central Florida to do an internship at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland and has been here ever since. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends. She has two adopted dogs (Scoot Dog and Jack) and one kitty (Em). She is excited and honored to be a part of Franklin’s Friends.
